Old Warren House
We work with pupils from the secondary schools in the North Suffolk area, helping them to gain the skills, qualifications and confidence to successfully continue into Post 16 education, training or employment
Old Warren House is a Key Stage 4 Pupil Referral Unit serving the needs of pupil with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties and caters for pupils in Years 10 and 11 of their education who live within the Northern Area of Suffolk. Pupils are all referred to Old Warren House through the local authority.
Old Warren House has been running for over 20 years and in that time, it has helped hundreds of young people to successfully finish education and develop the skills, confidence and qualifications to go on to post 16 education, training or employment.
Old Warren House is a very small and caring school. If your child attends here they will be treated with respect and helped to re-engage with their learning both academically and socially so that they can finish education with a positive experience. We are proud of our achievements and want the best for all our students.
The school is run on a day to day basis by Mrs Sandra Mahoney (Head of School) with the overall responsibility provided by myself, Paul Morton, the Executive Headteacher of two other PRUs as well as Old Warren House. The Governance of the school is conducted by a single Management Committee that oversees the three PRUs that make up The North Lowestoft PRU Partnership.
